Inauguration and Commissioning of Chenzhou Xiaoxiang Topzone Pipe Industry Co., Ltd.

On the morning of January 3rd, the inauguration and commissioning ceremony for Chenzhou Xiaoxiang Topzone Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. was held at Chenzhou High-tech Zone. Chen Yuewen, Secretary of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Chairman of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), attended the event and officially announced the project's operational commencement. Other distinguished participants included He Qingsong, Secretary-General of the CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee; Zhao Zhen, Director of the Chenzhou Market Supervision Administration; Lei Xiangjin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Working Committee of Chenzhou High-tech Zone Management Committee; Fan Peishun, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Chenzhou Power & International Development Co., Ltd.; as well as Wei Zhixiang (Chairman) and Wei Daihong (General Manager) of our company, alongside leaders from relevant municipal departments and enterprise representatives.

The Xiaoxiang Topzone Pipe Industry Project represents a strategic collaboration between Hunan Topzone Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. and Chenzhou Power & International Development Co., Ltd., establishing an integrated R&D, production, and sales hub for innovative chemical construction material pipelines in Chenzhou High-tech Zone. With a total investment of nearly RMB 300 million, the project commenced full-scale construction in March 2023 and initiated trial production in December of the same year, achieving "commencement and operation within the same year"—a testament to the "Chenzhou Speed" in major project implementation. This milestone embodies the collaborative efforts between government and enterprises in driving high-quality development across the city and the zone.

Specializing in the production of plastic-coated composite steel pipes, PE water supply pipes, double-wall corrugated pipes, steel-reinforced spiral corrugated pipes, carat pipes, electric power conduits, and stainless steel water supply pipes, the project fills a critical gap in Chenzhou's pipeline manufacturing sector. It will effectively meet infrastructure demands for pipeline networks in Chenzhou and surrounding provinces, cities, and districts.

Following the ceremony, participating leaders and guests toured the well-organized plant facilities and observed the efficiently operating production lines. After witnessing key processes including raw material processing, precision machining, and quality inspection, attendees highly praised the company's intelligent manufacturing capabilities, rigorous quality control systems, and robust development momentum. They acknowledged the enterprise's contributions to industrial upgrading and unanimously recognized its competitive strengths and promising prospects within the industry.
